不以物喜，不以己悲
April 17, 2005对“不以物喜，不以己悲”这句话有了些更广（更深？）的感悟。伤心是因为失望，失望是因为不如期望，不如期望是因为期望太高。对周围的处境，无论变好变坏，都能够泰然自若；对周围的人，无论是好是坏，都能心平气和；低潮时，自负，高潮时，自持。对于别人的悲喜，又该报怎么样的态度呢？想了好久， 还是把“不以物喜，不以己悲”送给她/他，多念念，就会有所体悟。古人作人能有如此境界，钦佩不已。
