In a project, we are building:

1) The people
2) The knowledge

We are building up the skills of technology and communication. We are building a knowledge legency ( in the forms of documents ), when a person leaves, he is gone and knowledge left, then a person fills in, and he can get it rolling again very soon by picking up the knowledge legency.
