sign。
In a project, we are building:
1) The people
2) The knowledge
We are building up the skills of technology and communication. We are building a knowledge legency ( in the forms of documents ), when a person leaves, he is gone and knowledge left, then a person fills in, and he can get it rolling again very soon by picking up the knowledge legency.

Cooper investigated why France doesn’t have a sillicon valley. 2 reasons for this:
1. Lots of French technies work in the valley because you can make stuff in there.
2. More techies and entrepreneurs (this word is invented by French) go there.
It’s also true for Chinese. But some Chinese are trying to make a valley here in China, either Beijing or Shanghai. I think my place, Hangzhou is quite fit to take the role of valley.
GreatNews is made by some Chinese. Chinese are making some very good free and handy software, including Maxthon, Flashget……

The idea is actually very simple. “Combine people who want to buy the same stuff together so that they can buy it cheap or be able to buy it (otherwise “it” may not be created)”.
One more thing I learned, the big man behind changethis is Seth. Surprise.

Cnet has an interview with Cisco CEO John Chambers:
You’ve got to understand one thing about Cisco: We’re trying to build a company that’s not only built to last, but built to lead.
Sandi Aguiar who had been working under Chanbers’ leadship for ten years admires him a lot. The message I got from his comment at the Cnet’s story is that:
Even a good leader reads books written by other leaders.
